Colluli – Where the value begins
Colluli – There is only one. Colluli has one of the world’s largest solid salt, near-surface high-grade Sulphate of Potash (SOP) reserve of 1.1 billion tonnes or 200 years of the life of mine.
The Project is located in Eritrea and is ~75km from the Red Sea coast, making it the most accessible known potash deposits globally.
The Project carries a low level of complexity due to the unique geology of the salt deposit amenable to open-cut mining, creating predictable processing outcomes, plant feed grade, and production rates using simple, commercially proven mineral processing technology.

Colluli can become the world’s first zero-carbon producer of SOP. We are determined to embrace renewable energy and run our business in a way that delivers positive environmental impacts for Eritrea and the world. Our initial goal is to create a responsible, environmentally friendly, zero-carbon, premium fertilizer business that links Colluli SOP with the production of nutritious crops, bolsters global food and nutrition security, and improves millions of lives.

Colluli is more than just a great asset because it can help farmers and ensure food security across Eritrea and the African continent. Colluli has also been recognized in a favourable report from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) that this development could meet an unprecedented 13 out of a possible 17 of its sustainable development goals. Colluli is expected to provide a community dividend through a positive impact on sustainable economic development, agriculture, employment in Eritrea.
